·A: The hanging basket is a large item, and we use high-quality logistics such as Deppon/SF Express. Shipping is free in most parts of the country (remote areas need to pay the price difference). The goods will be delivered directly to the floor you specified.

If you find serious damage to the outer packaging or product, please take photos immediately and refuse to accept, and then contact our customer service.
